Now- A- Days we are much aware about power crisis because of discussions on Global Warming on every level of the society. Global warming is just a by product of power crisis but there are many serious issues.

• In the rural of India where there is an acute shortage of electricity, people are facing lots of problems.
• 65 % of population is away from electricity; Rest is facing problems like load shedding.
• Think about a farmer; after doing a stressful work for whole day, he comes back to his home and go for a dinner; and suddenly light goes off. Can you think about a dinner with no light?
• What about commercial business? Imagine, you need something from a shop. When you approach a shop and see it lit up with full lights, you feel like buying some more things which you can see in that shop, may be not needed at that time. Close your eyes and look at the same shop. There is a small diminishing candle trying to add to the darkness.Will you feel to buy anything from there?
• Now think about children coming home from school. In the evening they want to study but face the load shading. These kids are the Future of our Country. Don’t you really feel that our future is very DARK?

Use solar power you are not only saving power but generating new power every day. Yes, by using solar power you are helping to our nation, our society our world. Each unit of power you have saved using solar power is adding our contribution towards the nation. The saved power can be provided to those 65% people who are still away from grid. This is a golden chance for us to enhance there lives. They use Kerosene to light their lamps. The light output from the kerosene lamp is very low as compared with standard needs. As per many studies this fuel is very dangerous to health. Smoke comes out of it is not only causes problem to their lungs and hearts but also their eyes. Kerosene causes polluted houses in villages. The costs of Kerosene; as it is subsidized people are able to pay for it. The day when this subsidy is removed people could not buy it. We can save them from all these problems and enhance their lives.
The saved power is sold to the industries at much higher commercial or industrial rates than our domestic ones. This will add not only to the revenues but also gives a proper supply to the industry. This will increase the output of the industry in turn will add to the revenues from the taxes. The increasing productivity will help in providing employment and reducing the poverty.
